This is a deck filler panel joint (panel in front of the deck lid) on a 1971 'Cuda. The panel lined up perfectly around the rear window, but not in front of the deck lid. It appeared that the curve in the quarter panel was off when stamped. I have since seen other '71 'Cuda's with the same misfit.
